The Biggest Mouse

mouse-2.jpg

The biggest mouse was so big that his feet were more like elephant’s … so big in fact that they left giant footprints everywhere they went … there were footprints all the way along the path … and up the stairs and into the bath. The biggest mouse’s footprints were so big that they trod through the garden gate and all the way across the garden … so big, in fact, they looked like they belonged to the abominable snowman. The biggest mouse was so big that he had difficulty in squeezing through his mousehole … his tail was so long that it trailed along the mat. The biggest mouse had feet so big that he could never find shoes to fit his feet. And when he did he had trouble walking down the street. The biggest mouse was always hungry … when he nibbled cheese, soon there was no more in the fridge. The biggest mouse was so big that his “EEK !” could be heard all around the town … it made the grass quiver and the leaves come tumbling down. The biggest mouse was so big that when he jumped up onto the fence, the fence broke. The biggest mouse was so big that, one day, he almost squashed the cat … and splattered the dog … well how about that !
