The Magic Christmas Snowball

snowman1.jpg

The magic Christmas snowball started life more like a cherry or a pea. Not very big at all. Soon, when the snow came, and the pea rolled around … the pea grew and grew to be the size of a ping – pong ball … then a ball of wool. As Winter came and snow fell, the magic Christmas snowball exploded. The magic Christmas snowball was soon so big that it was the size of a hot air balloon which floated off into the sky and eclipsed the stars and Moon. The magic Christmas snowball was so magic that it bounced between continents. When the magic Christmas snowball rolled off the planets, it bounced in the sky and made a hole in the ozone layer. The magic Christmas snowball jetted across the universe like a meteorite … or a comet in the sky at night. The magic Christmas snowball flew across Europe on a Westerly wind over the Atlantic … and landed in the USA, it bounced around on the Whitehouse roof and then bobbed up and down on the waves in the Arctic sea. The magic Christmas snowball was so magic that it never melted, even in Summer Sun … and very soon, the magic snowball bounced like a hot cross bun. The magic Christmas snowball, never crumbled, never sank. It bounced from the shops to the supermarket, then bounced all the way to the bank. The magic Christms snowball bounced in Australia on Sydney harbour bridge and on Ayr’s rock, and Everest and on Liverpool dock. The magic Christmas snowball was as light as a feather … when it was hit by a tennis racket, it bounced all the way to Scotland, then zig – zagged around the Highlands. When the magic Christmas snowball landed on the Moon with a “SPLAT !”, before long, it ended up looking like a pancake or a very flat, flat cap ! The magic Christmas snowball bounced to Sweden, Norway and back … and soon, the magic snowball landed in Father Christmas’s black sack. The magic Christmas snowball was the bounciest in all the world … it bounced in the kitchen and bounced on the windowsill and landed in the lemon curd ! It bounced so high that it almost reached the stars … and very soon, the magic Christmas landed on the Planet Mars. The magic Christmas snowball was so bouncy that it never stopped … it bounced up and down, all round the town, it bounced and never dropped.
