When it came to maths homework, I didn’t know where to begin, So I started by asking Huckleberry Finn …

2. 2 % of the cat – fish caught by Huckleberry Finn swam away – how many is that ? (you’ll need to round off your answer to the nearest whole number).
3. To catch one cat – fish required three worms (two of them got eaten) … How many worms did Huckleberry Finn use in total ?
4. If Huckleberry Finn had originally 1000 worms, how many worms did he have left after catching that amount of fish ?
5. A thunderstorm rained all around Saint Louis. In 3 hours, the rain was 7 cm deep. How long did it take to fill to the top of Huckleberry Finn’s boat (125 cm deep) ?
6. Uncle Silas and Paps enjoyed a night playing cards. They each drank 7 glasses. Each measure of whiskey was 45 mls – how much was left in the one litre bottle ?
